When and where is the event?
Located at beautiful Sundance Mountain Resort, Utah on September 22-24, 2025. Established by Robert Redford, it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The original birthplace of the Sundance Film Festival.

When should I plan to arrive?
For the best experience, we recommend arriving on the evening of Sunday, September 21st to check in, relax, and soak in the beauty of Sundance. However, if that’s not possible, arrive as early as possible on Monday, September 22nd to take advantage of the pre-Summit bootcamps and welcome reception. Registration opens at 9:00 AM on Monday. When should I plan to leave?
Let’s be honest—after a few days at Sundance, no one really wants to leave! However, closing remarks conclude at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Which is the closest airport?

Distance from Sundance: ~50 miles (~1-hour drive)
The drive from Salt Lake City to Sundance is one of the most scenic routes in Utah, taking you along the majestic Wasatch Mountains, Provo Canyon, the famous Provo River, and Bridal Veil Falls. The stunning fall foliage in September is an experience in itself!
Where should I book my hotel? And is there a discounted rate?
We highly recommend you stay at Sundance Mountain Resort to immerse yourself in the full CS100 Summit experience. Rooms fill up fast, so book your lodging TODAY.
There are room discounts with the standard room starting at $209 per night up to a mountain loft that starts at $309 per night.
How do I book transportation from Salt Lake International Airport and Back?
We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or renting a car for the easiest and most flexible transportation to Sundance.
Are meals included in the cost of the ticket?
Yes! All meals on Tuesday and Wednesday are included in your Summit registration, as well as hors d'oeuvres served at the Opening Reception on Monday night. We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs as well.
Are the CS100 Summit activities included in the cost of the ticket?
Yes, they are! You’ll be able to choose one of a variety of activities including Zipline, scenic lift ride, hiking to Stewart Falls, or possibly even the Spa!
What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual/mountain comfortable. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time at the resort with friends. **Note that the walk back to the resort lodging and rooms can be a bit of a hike, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes! Also, bring a jacket, as the mornings and evenings will be crisp and cool in the fall.
Is there a Mother’s Room available for attendees?
Yes! A private Mother’s Room is available in the basement of the Redford Center.
How is the weather this time of year?
With highs around 69°F and lows near 45°F, expect crisp mornings and evenings with comfortably warm afternoons. Layering is key! There’s also a chance of rain, so bringing a light rain jacket and a compact umbrella is a smart idea.
